•Items to be returned must be either in shop within 7 days of purchase or back to your designated pick up location within 7 days. Any items shipped must be postmarked with shipping within 7 days of post marked received date.

•If you are sending them back I *MUST APPROVE* return and receive shipping confirmation BEFORE I receive the item. I will not accept returns without pre approval.

•Once we receive your item in shop and after inspection you will get an in-store credit towards new clothing. All returned items will be credited to customers account with an in-store credit only.

•Return funds and winning funds may be used on items in house (in store) only and may not be used on current Sales or promotions.

-Items must be returned in unworn/original condition including:
* With tags attached
* No debris or Lint
* No tears or stains
* No odors
*Unworn Condition

- Shipping is not refunded.

-No Returns/Exchanges allowed on the following:
* Mystery items
* Swimwear
* Cosmetics and Accessories
* Jewelry
* Items in $15 or less (Discounted items) Section
* Holiday/Seasonal Items
* Any Discounted items below 15% off

*** A MAXIMUM OF 2 ITEM RETURNS PER 30 DAY PERIOD.***

**After your initial return you will be able to choose an item (Non Sale Item) to supplement for your item return, at that point of choosing all sales will be final, no other returns may be made for that particular transaction.**
